Congratulations to the Math Team members who placed at the SPC Math Contest! The Algebra 2 team (Ayden Hollingsworth, Jaisin Ramirez, Samantha Hulick, Taya Gummerson, Libby Frazier) placed 3rd, Freshman/Sophomore 2-person team (Jayden Sola and Sam Thomas) took 1st place, and the Junior/Senior 2-person team (Sophia Benedick, Matt Collofello) took 3rd place.

On #MinookaMonday, we'd like to feature Ms. Meghan Bednarz, school counselor. She started at MCHS in 2021. She received her B.A. in Psychology from St. Xavier University and her M.A. in School Counseling from Lewis University. She loves getting to work with students to help them plan their futures and navigate their classes as well as helping them with daily struggles during teenage years. She enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs, Bentley and Charley. You can also find her on the Southside working for the Chicago White Sox during baseball season.
