At last night's Board of Education meeting, sophomore Jakob Koppers and his parents presented MCHS and Dr. Schiffbauer, superintendent, with his High School Racing Association (HRSA) 4th place plaque. Jakob raced on behalf of MCHS and we are proud of all of his success! #mchsproud

The Girls' Swim Team, along with our superintendent Dr. Schiffbauer, got to tour the future home of the swim team at the new YMCA in Shorewood! We are excited for it to open and appreciate the partnership with the YMCA!

Congratulations to Aiden E. who received a positive referral! Nominated by Ms. McMahon, he is one of the kindest and most respectful students at MCHS. He consistently demonstrates genuine care for others and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Aiden frequently offers to help classmates get organized and prepared, and he shows strong empathy by looking out for their overall well-being. Congratulations to our Girls Wrestling team on becoming IHSA Regional Team Champions! Sabina Charlebois and Ezra Rodriguez took home individual 1st place medals at Regionals. A special shoutout to Sabina Charlebois on becoming the first girl in Minooka Girls Wrestling program history to reach 100 career wins! #mchsproud



Anatomy students recently completed heart dissections while learning about the anatomy of the human heart. This project led into the optional in-school field trip of "Live from the Heart" with a open heart Triple Bypass Surgery in cooperation with the Museum of Science & Industry and Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn. It was an incredible experience for these science students.
