Geometry in Construction students have completed a unit in which they were required to make pencil holders in various shapes and gifted them to teachers. They also made parallelogram desk organizers. Throughout the construction units, the students were studying all the various properties of quadrilaterals as well as a separate unit on surface area and volume. It was a great, hands on learning experience for our students!
Mrs. Caputo's South REACH Art 2 class made a Stars and Stripes craft and a "Star Spangled Banner" to celebrate the day. We think they did a terrific job! Happy Veterans Day!
