Congratulations to the Minooka Journalism Team who finished fifth out of 12 schools at the SPC Championship on Feb. 21 hosted by Plainfield North! Minooka had 10 all-conference entries. Congratulations to Minooka Indoor Percussion on a fantastic performance this past Saturday at WGI Chicago! The group made finals and finished in second place. Mrs. Bell's ASL 1 class participated in a hands on Edible Ear project that reinforces the anatomy of the ear and teaches them what causes hearing loss. Students enjoyed this fun and tasty project, which was was generously funded with a grant by the Foundation for Educational Excellence. www.mchs.net/page/foundation
