On #MinookaMonday, we'd like to feature MCHS alumna, Mrs. Nicole Diamond, special education teacher and asst. girls' varsity volleyball coach. She started in 2012 and received her bachelor's degree in elementary/special education from Lewis University and master's degree in teacher leadership from Concordia University. She enjoys working with students and athletes to gain confidence in themselves and believe in their abilities. She owns a volleyball club and is able to coach with her husband, Bob. She is also lucky enough to coach with her sister Ariel who also coaches at MCHS. She has a wonderful cat, Crede, named after 2005 White Sox 3rd baseman, Joe Crede.
