We hosted our first-ever Girls Strength and Conditioning Morning Event, "I'm a Barbell Girl" with 55 female athletes in attendance! Athletes represented various teams: Volleyball, Softball, Lacrosse, Wrestling, Basketball, Track, Dance, Cheer, and Soccer. It was great to see so many girls from different programs come together to support one another and celebrate strength, confidence, and hard work in the weight room. #mchsproud
