Did you see that massive construction crane at Central Campus today? It was lifting the dedicated outdoor air system on top of the building that will also help control the temperature in the new Career & Technical Education (CTE) Center. We are so excited to share this new state-of-the-art facility with the community at the Grand Opening on Saturday, August 29th from Noon to 3 p.m.

Congratulations to the Girls Powerlifting Team who are State Champions and the Boys Team who tied for State Runners Up! Individual girls state champions include M. Murphy, S. Mwaba, A. Knutsen, A. Sontag, and J. Hamilton and runner up includes M. Nordsell. The individual boys state champion includes C. Nurczyk and runner ups include R. Murphy, N. James, A. Ceko, and T. Hawkins. Congratulations to our State Champion Girls Varsity Disc Golf team and the State Runner Up Boys Disc Golf team at the Illinois High School Disc Golf Championship! The girls team was led by Jillian Bean who took home second place individual honors in the girls division. The event was held at the Oaks Disc Golf Course in Mokena. #mchsproud
