Mrs. Ellie Bell's ASL 1 class learned about the structure of the ear with a neat program called Edible Ear. The MCHS District 111 Foundation funded the project to give students a hands on experience, which made learning this material even more fun.

She's been at MCHS since 2009 and received her bachelor's degree from Olivet Nazarene and master's degree at Mississippi State. She enjoys sharing her passion of geology with others while making connections with students. She lives with her husband, three kids (Abby, Kevin, and Carolyn), and dog (Ruby) in Manhattan and loves to bake!
