Some freshmen and sophomore students in Ms. McMahon's English classes have been learning about the trades. Recently, Mr. Calder recently came in to explain our new CTE building and the various trades opportunities available to our students. It was a great experience!

Participate in our Post Feast Week spirit days December 1-5! We have several fun theme days and events in which to participate. All students are invited to join in on the fun!

We will be hosting our annual Turkey Trot & Food Drive on November 24-25 at South Campus! Students will participate in a cardiovascular endurance run that will be followed up with hot chocolate and candy canes. Let's help our community and we ask that you please bring unexpired, non-perishable items to donate to South and Central campuses, which will be donated to Mission Bible Church food pantry.

Our annual dodgeball tournament, hosted by the Senior Class, is on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6pm! This event is open to all grade levels. Students can pick up/drop off team sign-up forms in each campus's main office. Sign-ups close Friday November 21st.

Congratulations to sophomore Jakob Koppers who was honored at the Grundy County Speedway banquet this past weekend earning HSRA champion and second in the state of Illinois. He will travel to Wisconsin in January for the Madison and HSRA banquets. #mchsproud
