The community of REACHVILLE is now open! Ms. Heery's REACH art students have been working on a fun project. Each student received a plot of land from the Government U.S.H(eery) to build their houses. They spent time landscaping their properties to make the houses into their dream homes and then it was Move In Day! Everyone picked their lot in the town and Mayor Heery (self-appointed) was there to present each of them with their Title Deed to sign to make it official! WELCOME TO REACHVILLE, the land of hope! #mchsproud

On #MinookaMonday, we'd like to feature Mrs. Jenna Temple, agriculture teacher and FFA advisor who started at MCHS in 2023. She received both a bachelor's degree and master's degree in animal science from ISU. She lives in Sheridan with her husband and they raise Southdown sheep together! She loves teaching students about animals, and giving them opportunities they might not normally have, such as taking home a class pet!

Students in Ms. Dani Ward's Child Development class had the opportunity to taste test different baby foods and learn the different stages of food from birth to 1-year. Reviews were mixed, and they got to vote on each one, but some students enjoyed the fruit flavored ones. It was a great hands on learning experience!
