As we look to the future of Minooka Community High School, we are excited to embark on a strategic planning journey that values the diverse perspectives and voices of our community. This collaborative effort produced an actionable plan to guide MCHS over the next five years and beyond.

Partnering with Dr. Robert J. Madonia, founder and CEO of RJM Consulting, Inc., an inclusive committee—comprising students, staff, parents, school board members, and community members—came together to set priorities that will shape the future of MCHS. Their unique insights and experiences have been essential in building a shared vision that reflects the aspirations of our community.

District 111 Board of Education approved the five-year strategic plan, that begins with the 2025-2026 school year, on May 21, 2025.
