Course Selection Dates and Information: 
  • Drop Off: Students will watch the presentation and receive their course selection packet through their Social Studies class the week of December 6, 2022. Digital copies will be available on the MCHS website.
  • Pick Up: Counselors will meet with students through World Cultures or Hon. Pre-AP World History & Geo classes the week of January 11, 2022 to choose classes for the 2022-2023 school year.
  • Parents and students can schedule a virtual meeting to discuss classes and any additional questions starting February 21, 2022 by clicking on your student’s counselor’s name below
  • Please use the curriculum guide for course descriptions and prerequisites.

Conquering College Costs
MCHS Student Services Department presents their annual “Conquering College Costs” seminar via YouTube. Presenter this year is Frank Palmasani, author of “Right College, Right Price”, and will discuss how you can maximize your opportunities for scholarships and grants – thus reducing your college sticker price. He will also share his unique method of finding “financial fits” for affordable college options.

Mr. Palmasani will also be hosting a Q/A session virtually on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

MCHS Lunch & Learns

The school counselors offer Lunch & Learns each week with local professionals. The local professionals will be available from 1:30-2:00pm to present information and teach students about a career in their field. All Lunch & Learns will be held via Google Meets.
