High School Registration Information

Students in grades 9-12 register at the high school. To find out more information about registration requirements, please call the Central Campus main office at MCHS 815-467-2140 (Junior/Senior) or the South Campus main office at 815-521-4001 (Freshman/Sophomore). Please complete the registration packet and contact the school to arrange a time to enroll the student. There may be additional paperwork for you to complete at the school.
