1. Deconstruct the URL.
    Who "published" it? ( Look at the URL up to the first /)
    Is it a personal page?
        (URL contains: ~ % members aol geocities users tripod AOL)
    What type of organization is behind it?     
        (Domains: non-profit (org); univ/college (edu); govt(gov, mil,us);
          business (com); anyone (net); foreign (uk, jp, de, etc.)
2. Who authored it?
3. When was the page created/last updated?
4. What was the author's purpose?
5. Is the information documented?
(bibliography? links?)
