Minooka Community High School Group Hosting Collection Drive
(Minooka) – The Minooka Community High School Indian Athletic Leadership Club is currently hosting a collection drive to collect paper and personal hygiene products now through April 25. All collected items will benefit We Care of Grundy County.
Donation suggestions include: toilet paper, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, soap, razors, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrushes, Q-tips, paper towels, napkins, tissue, and paper plates.
Items can be dropped off at the MCHS Main Office. If you are donating a collection of items, please box the items and label the box "IALC Drive."
The Indian Athletic Leadership Club is comprised of over 100 current student-athletes who were nominated by their respective head coaches for possessing strong leadership skills and displaying these skills regularly both on and off the field, while maintaining a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). The group volunteers in a variety of settings and works to provide the community various community service projects.
