Minooka Community High School Band Boosters to Host Annual Dinner, Dance and Auction
(Minooka) – The deadline to purchase tickets for “Puttin’ on the Ritz,” a dinner dance sponsored by the Minooka Community High School Band Boosters, is fast approaching! This enjoyable event will take place beginning at 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2008, at Saint George Serbian Hall, which is located at 310 Stryker Avenue in Joliet. In addition to dinner and dancing, there will be a variety of special packages on which attendees may bid, such as vacation and golf packages, and many more items. All proceeds from the event will benefit the annual MCHS band program’s summer band trip. Dance and dinner tickets for the event cost $40 per person or $80 a couple.
